ДЕНЬ РОЖДЕ́НЬЯ = birthday[den’ razhdénya]
Please note that the second word is a noun in the Genetive case, so when you want to change the case form of the whole combination, change only the first word!
За́втра у меня́ день рожде́нья. = It’s my birthday tomorrow.
Поздравля́ю с днём рожде́нья! = Happy birthday!
